| A | Yes, all wedding & portrait customers receive a password protected web album where prints can be ordered. |
| Q | How long will it be before I receive my album ? |
| A | your album will normally be ready in about 14 days from making your choice of images, the exception to this is if you choose a digital art / storybook album which are up to 6 weeks as these are one off pieces of art assembeled as a special order |
| Q | Do you mind amateur Snappers at weddings? |
| A | No not at all, I actively encorage people to take their own candid shots at the appropriate time, but I do not allow anyone to work over my shoulder copying every single shot that I do, or the posed groups as this can be a distraction. |
| Q | Do you personally photograph all your weddings? |
| A | Yes, I think that it is very important that I am personally involved, from our first meeting right up to your images being delivered. |
| Q | Are you insured ? |
| A | Yes, Although I have never needed to use it I have full professional indemnity & public liability insurance. |
| Q | Will every shot taken be provided on the proof Disc & web album etc? |
| A | No, the majority of shots will be available, but the blinks or any shots I deem unsuitable will be omitted. |
| Q | What is your booking policy ? |
| A | to reserve your date A wedding photography contract needs to be signed & 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking, you receive your own copy of this & the balance is due 30 days before your wedding. |
